Are you a skilled problem-solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure our packaging equipment and systems are in top shape. If you have a passion for mechanics and a commitment to safety, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair packaging/processing equipment and electrical systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Conduct safety inspections and repairs on all safety equipment.
- Diagnose and maintain plant equipment, including hydraulic systems and electric controls.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks across the plant.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus vocational or technical studies.
- Ability to interpret complex drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- 2 to 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Moderate physical effort required, including lifting 70 to 100 lbs.
- Use of hand and power tools, with significant effort in climbing and walking.
