Level 1 vs. level 2 hiring is based on prior experience and current knowledge.Required Qualifications - Have prior experience with Audience or Talent Management, Audio Recording or Reinforcement, FX, Lighting, Costuming, Properties, Networking, Rigging, or Video equipment. Have a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with other students, staff, faculty and the general public. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Being accurate and attentive to detail Customer-service orientedPreferred Qualifications - Experience in troubleshooting, programming, and repairing Audio, FX, Lighting, Costuming, Properties, or Video equipment and systems. A background in the Live Performance & Entertainment industry. Minimum 2.5 GPAJob Duties - Possible duties include: Back-of-House Management, Front-of-House Management, etc. Setup, operate, maintain, and strike equipment and venues. Update and maintain all paperwork, and/or other systems which allow other workers to successfully perform their duties. Cross-train with other production departments and equipment.
