Medical Receptionist

SEATTLE SPORTS & REGENERATIVE MEDICINE, led by Dr. Wagner, provides compassionate and comprehensive primary care while remaining at the forefront of Sports and Regenerative Medicine. The practice offers contemporary and advanced nonsurgical technologies for musculoskeletal injuries and illnesses such as PRP injections and stem cell therapies for conditions like tendonitis and osteoarthritis. Our team is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge care to improve the health and well-being of our patients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in South Lake Union, Seattle, WA. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, performing general receptionist duties, and using medical terminology to assist patients and staff. Additionally, the role involves working in a medical office environment, ensuring a welcoming and efficient space for patients and visitors. Qualifications Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling Experience with Receptionist Duties Knowledge of Medical Terminology Familiarity with Medical Office operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare-related training or certification is a plus Salary will be dependent on experience.
