Automotive Dealership Receptionist Position: Dealership Receptionist Job Type: Full-Time Department: Administration / Customer Service Position Summary We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist to join our dealership team. The receptionist is often the first person our customers interact with and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. The ideal candidate is personable, comfortable communicating with customers in person and over the phone, able to multitask in a busy environment, and willing to assist different departments throughout the dealership. Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or team member.
• Assist customers with general questions and help connect them with Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, or Management.
• Take accurate and detailed messages when employees are unavailable.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized reception and customer waiting area.
• Assist with customer follow-up and basic customer service needs.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and dealership correspondence.
• Assist with basic data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and other administrative duties.
• Maintain organized customer and dealership records as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with Sales, Service, Parts, and administrative staff.
• Assist with scheduling or appointment coordination when needed.
• Help ensure customers are acknowledged and assisted while waiting for a dealership employee.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer or dealership information.
• Provide additional administrative and customer service support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
