This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced hotel environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure Perform all check‑in and check‑out procedures Operate phone systems and assist guests with inquiries Register guests and maintain accurate guest information Respond to guest requests and emails in a timely manner Provide hotel, service, and local area information Resolve guest concerns or refer to management when necessary Process payments and compute guest bills Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed Requirements Punctual, dependable, and professional with strong work ethic Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, and internet use preferred) Ability to stand for long periods of time Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Valid driver's license preferred Schedule & Position Details Full‑time and Part‑time opportunities available Shifts are 8 hours Hours may exceed 40 per week based on hotel occupancy Non‑exempt, hourly position Experience & Education 1 year of hotel or front desk experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Compensation $12.00 – $15.00 per hour, based on experience Benefits (Full‑Time Employees) 401(k) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Employee Discount Rate Same‑Day Pay #J-18808-Ljbffr Holiday Inn Express Walterboro
