Administrative Assistant Bilingual Spanish English

Imagine Solutions is looking to hire a Bilingual (Spanish & English) office assistant. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment with ability to multi-task. The candidate for this position should have exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and employees. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English – can speak, read and write. Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering outbound/inbound calls
- Translate documents and communications.
- Scan and Copy Documents
- Greet incoming visitors and answer any inquiries
- Conduct any scheduling and creating calendar events
- GREAT personality and eagerness to learn
- Bookkeeping in Quickbooks
- Payroll and Human Resources
- Other Areas, we have lots of room to grow!
- At least 2 years of previous administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Pay attention to detail, and the ability to follow special instructions
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English – can speak, read and write.
- Must be able to pass a background check as required Steadfast
