AtWork Personnel is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused On-Site Manager to oversee our temporary workforce at a busy packaging facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between AtWork Personnel, our client, and assigned employees.

• Manage daily staffing needs, including employee check-in, attendance, and scheduling.

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and orient new associates.

• Monitor employee performance and address attendance, coaching, and disciplinary matters as needed.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.

• Ensure a safe work environment by promoting and enforcing company and client safety policies.

• Build strong working relationships with client management to ensure staffing goals are met.

• Respond quickly to staffing challenges and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, manufacturing, or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work client-required hours.
