Details Work in the Operating Room department of a hospital setting Day shift, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Requires 1-2 call shifts per week Requirements Active Ohio RN license or compact license required in hand Current BLS certification required Minimum of 18 months permanent Operating Room experience required Vascular surgery experience required One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the OR specialty required, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months Additional Information Locals accepted at the same bill rate PBDS Assessment is waived; ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation, with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass Nurses are exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date Assignments may extend up to 18 consecutive months, with a required 6-month break before returning unless client-approved First-time travelers are not accepted for this position These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
