What You'll Do Your first several months will focus on learning the business while becoming an essential part of the customer support team. Responsibilities include: Assist customers by phone and email with product inquiries and order support Process quotes, purchase orders, and customer orders Coordinate shipping, deliveries, and order updates Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation Partner with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service Learn products, systems, and industry knowledge to prepare for future sales opportunities This isn't just another customer service job. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Customer service or inside sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and follow-through Experience processing orders or supporting customers A positive attitude and desire to learn a technical industry Success in this role comes from ambition and initiative.
