Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion:
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients within designated markets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
- Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions leveraging product expertise
- Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Pioneer Industrial's product categories
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to clients
- Demonstrate expertise in pumps and mechanical seals
- Apply knowledge of the Eastern Kansas and Western Nebraska industrial markets (preferred)
- Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and client needs
- Proposal Development:
- Prepare and deliver accurate, compelling proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and precise client responses
- Sales Performance:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Use CRM tools to track performance and manage opportunities
- Industry Networking:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably within similar product categories
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
