Our client, a leader in manufacturing and metal fabrication, is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Press Brake OperatorLocation: Bloomer, WI
Pay Range: $25-27
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. 3-day weekend every week! What's the Job?
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Perform precise measurements and calculations using basic math
- Conduct routine maintenance and ensure press brake machines run efficiently
- Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
- 5 years of professional work experience in brake press
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy reading blueprints
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to work 10 hour shift on your feed in manufacturing
- Capability of lifting up to 50lbs as needed
- Consistent schedule with a 3-day weekend every week
