About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Business Development in the Health Plan Pharmacy Market. This senior commercial leader will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and advancing strategic client development within the dynamic and evolving healthcare landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing a focused growth strategy, building executive-level relationships with decision-makers across various health plan functions, and leading the end-to-end sales process, with a particular emphasis on complex, consultative, multi-solution sales opportunities. The role demands a professional with a strong background in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, or payer-related services, and a proven track record in business development, strategic account growth, and consultative solution selling. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include developing and executing a growth strategy, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and driving cross-sell and upsell initiatives within existing accounts. The role also involves leading annual and multi-year sales planning, maintaining market visibility, and providing market intelligence to inform solution refinement. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' of experience in the relevant sectors, with the ability to engage credibly with senior client executives and translate market needs into differentiated commercial solutions. Strong commercial judgment, executive presence, and a disciplined approach to pipeline management are essential. The position offers a unique opportunity to influence the firm's go-to-market strategy, partner with leadership to build a more scalable business development function, and expand market presence in a high-demand environment.
