Benefits of starting your career with Glass Doctor: Paid Training Sign-on bonus offers vary by applicant Top pay rates in the industry starting at $20.00 an hour Hands-on training and continued development A welcoming and supportive company culture A consistent and dependable work schedule Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Holiday, Sick, and Vacation Responsibilities Fabricate custom insulated glass units (IGUs) Cut, clean, and prepare glass Maintain a clean and organized work area Safely handle and transport glass and materials Assist with field installations as needed Deliver materials between warehouses and job sites Pick up materials from vendors Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude Requirements Demonstrated solid mechanical skills and comfort with hand tools Prior experience in glass or construction trades is a plus but not required Physical ability to lift and place heavy objects up to 75 pounds Strong attention to detail and reliability Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology Excellent communication skills Professional appearance and personality Valid driver’s license About Glass Doctor We specialize in all things glass.
