Data AnalystLocation: Phoenix, AZ / Charlotte, NC / Sunrise, FL (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite) Contract Client: BFSIJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 6–9 years of experience in data analysis, automation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Python and/or Java scripting, expertise in SQL, and exposure to Call Center/Contact Center technologies. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for business and operational stakeholders.Create automation scripts and tools using Python and/or Java.Support data integration, cleansing, validation, and ETL activities.Work closely with Contact Center Operations, Technology, and Business teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements.Analyze Contact Center KPIs including AHT, SLA, CSAT, FCR, Occupancy, and Workforce metrics.Develop ad-hoc SQL queries and perform root cause analysis.Collaborate with cloud and engineering teams on data migration and analytics initiatives.Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.Work in Agile development environments.Required Skills6–9 years of experience as a Data Analyst.Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or Java scripting.Strong SQL and relational database experience.Experience with Power BI or Tableau.Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.Hands-on experience with Call Center/Contact Center technologies such as:GenesysFive9NICEAvayaCiscoAmazon ConnectStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience working in Agile environments.Preferred SkillsExperience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (preferred), AWS, or Azure.Cloud-based analytics and data services.Knowledge of Contact Center operational KPIs and Workforce Management.Exposure to AI/ML-based analytics and reporting.Ability to engage and manage integration and implementation activities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
