Commercial Vehicle Sales ConsultantAs a Commercial Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to commercial customers. You will be expected to build rapport, understand their needs, and guide them through the entire sales process. This includes demonstrating vehicles, negotiating prices, and closing deals.ResponsibilitiesGreet and engage customers in a professional and friendly mannerIdentify customer needs and preferencesDemonstrate vehicles and explain features and benefitsConduct test drives with customersNegotiate prices and terms of saleComplete sales contracts and paperworkFollow up with customers to ensure satisfactionOther duties as assignedQualificationsDemonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.Experience: 1-2 of previous sales experience, preferably in automotive sales.Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation and closing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of automotive products and industry trendsBenefits of Working at SwickardCareer Path – Swickard isn't just a J-O-B.
