- Licensed in California: JD or LLM required; active CA Bar license.
- Experienced: Minimum of 1 year in Defense Workers' Compensation law.
- Client-Focused & Detail-Oriented: You pride yourself on being a strong communicator with a structured, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative by Nature: Comfortable working with Legal Assistants on shared billing goals and engaging as a true team player.
- Driven: Capable of meeting a 50-55 hour/week billable target in a supported, tech-savvy environment.
