Role Description The Community Associate role at Regus – IWGPLC is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Meridian, ID. This role is responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, managing front‑desk operations, and ensuring a professional, friendly environment in the workspace. Day‑to‑day tasks include handling inquiries, answering phones, coordinating meeting‑room bookings, and supporting clients with basic administrative needs such as mail handling and document services. The Community Associate helps maintain the appearance and functionality of common areas, liaises with building and facilities teams for any issues, and supports community events or client engagement activities. This role also involves accurately updating records, following company procedures, and collaborating with colleagues to provide consistent, high‑quality service to all clients. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and community support abilities to build positive relationships with clients, visitors, and colleagues. Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in a professional setting. Experience or familiarity with case management or client coordination, ensuring follow‑through on requests and issues. Awareness of community health and well‑being principles to support a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment. Customer service experience in office, hospitality, or retail environments, with a focus on problem‑solving and responsiveness. Proficiency with basic office software (email, calendars, word processing) and ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
