The Warehouse Laborer is responsible for performing general labor duties in a warehouse or industrial environment. This role supports daily operations by assisting with material handling, loading and unloading, cleanup, and general site support. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and able to follow directions in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or job site
• Assist with general labor tasks as directed by supervisors or leads
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
• Perform basic material handling, staging, and sorting of supplies
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and site guidelines
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment when required
• Assist skilled trades or operators as needed
• Complete tasks efficiently while following instructions from supervisors

Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned schedule
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
• Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a warehouse, industrial, or outdoor environment
