Identify discrepancies, misidentifications, improper stored merchandise, merchandise not in location or overages, and any inventory concerns. Assist with the inbound material inspection. Fulfill requests from CSM and Sales. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and address any issues that may arise. Order picks material to appropriately fulfill incoming orders. Validate scheduled inventories. Process all inventory reports and identify trends. Assign the zones to be counted and audited. Review IC reports for discrepancies, changes, and NIL. Inspect and verify all changes after management resolved discrepancies. Complete material movements and validate inventory counts. Process all inventory reports as well as random inbound and outbound audit reports. Investigate all over/short/trash requests. Assist in the implementation and improvement of inventory management processes and procedures. Perform additional duties as required. What You Will Bring Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and management. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory tracking. Experience using forklifts. Knowledge of inventory management procedures and general inventory movement practice. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Accuracy and detail orientation. Familiarity with ERP and general procedures, policies, goals, and objectives.
