Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations. Document in EMR relevant patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition in accordance with nursing practices. Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by CNA staff to ensure highest practical well‑being is maintained by patient.
