What You Will Be Doing:

● Assist in executing regional marketing programs to meet demand generation goals, including but not limited to field events, webinars, executive programs and trade-shows

● Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including venue selection, vendor management, AV, shipping, and branded swag

● Help measure and analyze impact of programs on sales cycles; track and analyze campaign and event performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, pipeline influenced, ROI)

● Align closely with Sales and SDRs to promote attendance, generate leads, and drive follow-up activities post-event.

● Ability to understand key technology trends to coordinate presentation content with other program key stakeholders and ability to collaborate across all departments to generate event content and agendas

● Help monitor, report and communicate on the status of regional marketing events to marketing and sales team including leadership

● Contribute ideas and feedback to new content creation with a distributed marketing team

● Creative and able to think of new programs that can scale to many users

As a Recruiter, you'll act as a trusted advisor to both technology professionals and business leaders, helping organizations build high-performing teams while creating life-changing career opportunities for consultants.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying, recruiting, and placing top technology talent across a variety of skill sets and industries
• Building and maintaining relationships with consultants throughout their careers
• Developing strategic sourcing plans utilizing advanced recruiting tools, AI-powered technologies, referrals, and networking
• Advising hiring leaders and account teams on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategies
• Negotiating compensation packages and managing the offer process
• Becoming a recognized expert within your technology or industry specialization
• Leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to drive successful hiring outcomes

• Recruiting experience within staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions
• Proven ability to build relationships, develop talent pipelines, and influence hiring decisions
• Competitive mindset with a track record of achieving goals in a performance-driven environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Desire to continuously learn, improve, and advance professionally
• Experience recruiting within technology, professional services, engineering, healthcare, or other specialized staffing environments is highly preferred

Paid Training, Base Salary + Uncapped Commission, and Bonus Opportunities

This role is onsite 5 days a week, in Milwaukee, working with our recruiting team.

This is a Permanent position based out of Wauwatosa, WI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
