Full‑Time Community Support Services Assistant Director Join Cumberland County Guidance Center as a Full‑Time Community Support Services Assistant Director. • Support the development of essential daily living and social skills, conduct comprehensive rehabilitation assessments and plans, and provide timely crisis intervention when required.
• Work under clinical supervision, contribute to effective program oversight, maintain regulatory compliance, and spearhead quality improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate key administrative processes, including the management of representative payee funds, provide in‑field supervision, and conduct staff training.
• Participate in team and clinical review meetings to ensure coordinated care and lead impactful change in individuals' lives.

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human service discipline (Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling).
• Active New Jersey licensure (LAC, LAMFT, or LSW).
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience and two years in mental or behavioral health settings.
• Thorough knowledge of community resources and agencies.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean five‑year driving record.
• Spanish‑speaking skills are preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work a flexible 40‑hour schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on‑call rotation.
