Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement and manage a variety of therapeutic interventions to promote the well-being and recovery of clients, ensuring each approach is customized to individual circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with all legal and professional standards.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, to provide holistic and integrated care for each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
