You’ll join the Business Technology (BT) team, whose mission is to align directly with the CIO agenda and help organizations shape large-scale technology transformations. BT focuses on strategy-led work supporting clients as they make major enterprise technology investments and define multi-year transformation roadmaps.

The work is centered on platform strategy, IT and AI operating models, and enterprise transformation-projects that are often board-facing, business-critical, and require strong integration between business strategy and technology decisions. BT is actively growing its capabilities in cloud strategy, AI architecture, and CIO advisory, with an emphasis on innovation, AI enablement, and modern operating models.

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead workstreams that help clients modernize enterprise technology platforms and operating models, with a strong focus on AI‑enabled transformation. You will partner closely with senior technology leaders to shape pragmatic, value‑driven strategies that embed AI into core platforms, translating complex architectural considerations into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans. In this role, you will take ownership of key client deliverables, contribute to team leadership and mentoring, and drive execution excellence across engagements.

· Lead workstreams across platform strategy, IT strategy, and operating model design
· Facilitate workshops with CIO/CTO/CISO leaders to drive alignment and decisions
· Build board-ready roadmaps and investment cases tied to outcomes and value
· Integrate AI enablement into platform and operating model strategies
· Translate architecture constraints into practical sequencing and delivery approaches
· Coach junior team members and ensure quality under tight timelines

Your Skills + Experience

You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‑enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‑augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‑driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Required Experience
· 5–8 years in technology strategy, architecture, or management consulting
· Strong foundation in platform strategy/enterprise architecture and transformation roadmaps
· Working knowledge of cloud strategy and operating model implications
· AI landscape fluency; able to design practical enablement approaches and guardrails
· Executive-ready communication and strong client presence
· Comfortable owning workstreams and leading teams in complex environments

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100,500 - $189,890.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
