Schedule

• Monday - Thursday

• 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Four 10-hour shifts

• Overtime on Fridays

Pay

• Competitive pay based on experience

Job Duties

• Assemble mechanical components and HVAC/chiller systems

• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings

• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and product issues

• Align and adjust fabricated parts and components

• Calibrate and test parts to ensure quality standards

• Maintain parts inventory and assembly materials

• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

• Train and mentor junior assemblers

• Follow manufacturing procedures and specifications

• Learn brazing techniques and assist with copper component assembly

Qualifications

• 1+ years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Ability to read specifications and maintain quality standards

• Experience with testing and calibration preferred

• Brazing or welding experience is a plus, but training is available

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move up to 35 lbs.

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift

• Climb portable ladders as needed

• Ability to wear required PPE

• Strong hand dexterity and coordination

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
