We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the booming Northwest Arkansas market (including Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville). • Competitive Base Salary: $35,000 stable base pay.

What You Will Do

• Prospect and Close: Actively scout, pitch, and close new business opportunities across Northwest Arkansas.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting partnerships with local business owners and key decision-makers.
• Manage Your Pipeline: Maintain an organized sales pipeline from initial contact to signed contract.
• Hit Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals to maximize your commission checks.

What We Are Looking For

• Communication Skills: Ability to confidently pitch to diverse audiences, handle objections, and build instant rapport.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Northwest Arkansas business landscape is a major plus.
• Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license.
• Experience: Previous sales experience (B2B, retail, or hospitality) is preferred, but we will train the right attitude.
