We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Management to oversee commercial strategy across a portfolio of hotel properties. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving revenue performance through pricing strategy, forecasting, and collaboration with operations and commercial teams.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute revenue strategies across a portfolio of hospitality properties.
• Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitive data to maximize revenue performance.
• Lead forecasting, pricing, inventory management, and distribution strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share.
• Partner with operations, sales, marketing, and finance teams to align commercial objectives.
• Evaluate business performance and recommend strategies that improve profitability.
• Support budgeting, long range planning, and revenue reporting.
• Ensure revenue management systems and reporting tools are effectively utilized.

What We're Looking For

• Several years of progressive revenue management experience within the hospitality industry.
• Experience overseeing multiple hotels or a regional portfolio is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, pricing strategy, inventory controls, and revenue optimization.
• Proficiency with hotel revenue management systems and industry reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of hotel technology platforms, including revenue management systems, property management systems, central reservation systems, channel management software, and online distribution platforms.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze data, build forecasts, and support strategic decision-making.
