Dental Assistant

Are you interested as a Dental Assistant role within a fast-paced dental setting? We are seeking a candidate to handle busy phone lines, manage voicemails, and schedule appointments. Responsibilities also include entering patient demographics into an EMR system, and work back office. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  

salary: $24 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Randstad is seeking for an outstanding Dental Assistant to support a dental office

• Demonstrated work experience in front office in a dental experience
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload to optimize efficiency and complete assignment
• Proficient with Scheduling, Anwering phones, voicemails
• Proficient with MS suite
• Ability to communicate both in written and verbally
• Ability to work both front and back office

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• standing for 5 hours at one time

Skills

• Dental (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Front Desk (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Receptionist Duties (2 years of experience is preferred)
• EMR
