The Supervisor, Accounts Receivable is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a specified Accounts Receivable department and may support other Ritchie Bros. Refer accounts to collection agency in coordination with sale sites after exhausting recovery initiatives.Proactively investigate and resolve accounts receivable related issues independently and/or in collaboration with sale site managers.Ensures that the accounts receivable sub-ledger and accounts receivable clearing accounts are reconciled to the general ledger.Responsible for preparing and review monthly financial reports for Manager.Ensures appropriate authorizations are compliant with internal controls and policiesEnsures that procedures are within SOX compliance guidelines.Assists with internal and external audits.Supervises, train and mentor a team of 2 – 4 administrators with customer facing responsibilities, maximizing individual strengths, and striving for excellence in customer service.Responsible for interviewing, hiring, promoting and performance management of team.Perform other duties as assigned.Full timePosting Date: 2026-06-05
