You will work closely with executive leadership, risk, legal, audit, and operational teams to strengthen regulatory compliance frameworks, monitor emerging requirements, and drive sustainable controls that protect clients, the business, and the integrity of our operations.What you'll do:Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of compliance programs, policies, standards, and controls aligned to applicable regulatory requirements and business objectivesPartner with legal, risk, audit, product, operations, and executive stakeholders to assess compliance risk, prioritize remediation activities, and support effective governanceDirect compliance monitoring, testing, issue management, and reporting activities to identify control gaps, track corrective actions, and improve program effectivenessProvide leadership, coaching, and performance management for compliance team members while building capabilities that support scalable and consistent executionEstablish metrics, dashboards, and management reporting to communicate compliance trends, regulatory developments, material issues, and program performance to senior leadershipSupport regulatory examinations, internal audits, and external reviews by coordinating responses, overseeing documentation, and driving timely remediation of findingsPromote a culture of accountability by guiding business partners on regulatory obligations, policy requirements, and practical compliance solutionsResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.Experience you'll need to have:6+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, legal, audit, or related control functions within a regulated industryExperience leading enterprise or business-line compliance programs, including policy development, risk assessment, monitoring, and issue remediationExperience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements, control standards, and governance practices across complex business environmentsExperience presenting compliance matters, risk themes, and remediation progress to senior leaders using clear, decision-ready reportingBachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experienceExperience that would be great to have:Experience supporting regulatory examinations or consent order remediation activitiesExperience in financial services, payments, banking, or fintech environmentsCertified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), or equivalent compliance certificationMaster's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experienceHow you'll work:This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
