The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20-22 an hour. On-site position M-F 8.30-5 pm. POSITION SUMMARY The representative provides a positive customer service experience that meets the needs of our patients by educating them on products and services, listening to concerns, addressing issues, and placing supply orders. This is an in office position. RESPONSIBILITIES Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.
