About the role Compensation: $50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission $100,000 OTE Once you become a Senior SDR, you receive an increase in base pay to $60,000 Please note: This is an on-site position in McKinney, Tx Why join Aloha? This is an amazing opportunity to sharpen your sales skills and make a real impact. We’re looking for someone with a history of top performance and a knack for going above and beyond. What you'll do Become a product expert across our suite of products and understand our Ideal Customer Profile. Focusing on new business acquisition, identify and initiate contact with prospects to discover and qualify new business opportunities within our target audience using proactive prospecting methodologies. Create strategic and personalized messaging tailored to our target audience to generate interest and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. Utilize Salesloft, our sales enablement tool, to drive consistent and effective prospecting activities, ensuring robust pipeline management and regular Salesforce updates. Develop a revenue-generating pipeline of sales-qualified product demonstrations for our sales team. Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to develop and refine sales strategies. Collaborate to create and improve sales cadences and messaging that increase conversions and short-term business objectives. Achieve and exceed quota. Qualifications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive team-based environment. Proficient in pre-call planning, call control, lead qualification, and pipeline management. Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a competitive spirit.
