These are the qualifications that matter.5+ years of HVAC and commercial maintenance experience requiredEPA Universal Certification requiredExperience with HVAC troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and mechanical systemsStrong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance practicesValid driver's license with good driving record requiredAbility to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environmentsKey Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial HVAC systems, including package and split unitsDiagnose and repair compressors, motors, boilers, electrical components, airflow issues, and refrigerant systemsComplete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and facility maintenance tasksRead work orders, document service activity, and complete reports using tablets and mobile technologyEnsure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety standardsCommunicate professionally with customers and internal teams while maintaining high service levelsTravel locally between commercial properties throughout the workdayWhy this job?
