Position Summary
As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you will oversee residential HVAC installation projects while leading and mentoring a team of installers and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise 1-3 HVAC installers and helpers
• Install residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Coordinate installation projects and timelines
• Review blueprints, specifications, and work orders
• Perform site assessments
• Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Conduct quality-control inspections
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments
• Maintain installation records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications
Required: 5-7 years of residential HVAC installation experience, 2-3 years of leadership experience, valid driver's license, personal HVAC tools, ability to pass background and DMV/MVR screening, and ability to perform physical job duties. Preferred: NATE and EPA certifications.
