NOW HIRING: Front of House Manager

1950 Originals is looking for an energetic, dependable, and experienced Front of House Manager to help lead our restaurant team.

We’re looking for someone who understands that great hospitality is just as important as great food. You’ll help set the tone for the guest experience while keeping the front of house organized, efficient, clean, and running at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage front of house operations during service
• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every guest
• Supervise, train, and motivate front of house employees
• Help manage employee scheduling and shift coverage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and service recovery professionally
• Oversee opening and closing responsibilities
• Ensure orders are accurate and service moves efficiently
• Work closely with the kitchen to maintain strong communication
• Help maintain company standards, policies, and procedures
• Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, and a strong work ethic

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality experience required
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to take initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Available nights and weekends
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
