Office Clerk The Office Clerk will perform essential mailroom and administrative duties in the FWC Bryant Building, ensuring timely management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, handling cash, and maintaining accurate records. Job Description Perform daily duties in the mailroom, picking up and sorting mail. Run internal mail twice daily and, when required, external runs twice daily using a furnished vehicle. Process all outgoing mail and express shipments each day. Handle money securely and accurately. Lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and stakeholders. Qualifications Ability to speak and understand English both verbally and written. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience sorting mail. Experience handling money. Strong data entry skills.
