At GYMGUYZ, we bring fitness directly to clients homes, offices, and community spaces redefining what it means to train without limits. As a Master Trainer, you'll do more than train clients. Competitive pay ($35 - $55/hr) + sales bonuses

Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
Represent GYMGUYZ's core values Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) in every interaction
Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
CPR/AED certified (required)
3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
Proven success in client results and team mentoring
Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
Sales and field marketing experience preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
