Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Olmsted, MN

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Olmsted, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of nursing experience and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Schedule Information

Available shifts include:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM

Additional scheduling details:

• Schedules are prepared approximately one month in advance
• Employees generally work every other weekend
• Holiday coverage is assigned on a rotating basis
• Call-offs should be made at least 3 hours before the start of the scheduled shift
