Position Purpose: Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records Specialty: Neurology Location: 5965 East Broad St, suite 260, Columbus OH 43213 hours of office: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. What You Will Do: Welcome patients Register patients Gather insurance, check demographics Soft collections Answering incoming calls EPIC Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school graduate or equivalent Licensure / Certification: N/A Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic
