Compensation: $22-$26 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Mass Market Sales Coordinator for a leading global consumer products and entertainment company in Lino Lakes, MN. This temporary, 3-month opportunity is ideal for candidates with customer support, sales coordination, retail account support, or CPG experience who are looking to return to work after the summer or gain experience with a well-established industry leader.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, scheduling, sales opportunities, and product information
- Process customer orders, invoices, payments, and resolve billing or order-related issues
- Investigate and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution and excellent service
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of communications and activities
- Provide information on upcoming products, promotions, and sales opportunities
- Support sales initiatives, special projects, and collaborate with account management on goals and customer activities
What You Need to Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer support, sales support, CPG, retail support, or related experience
- Preferred experience working with retailers or retail accounts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Friendly, customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
