If you are an experienced Florida insurance salesperson currently producing 50–80+ auto items per month and want an opportunity where strong production can translate into $80,000–$150,000 in annual compensation, we want to talk with you.

McMullin Insurance is looking for a high-energy, competitive, proven insurance producer who knows how to quote, follow up, bundle, cross-sell, and close.

This is not a traditional customer service position.

We are looking for a salesperson who enjoys competing, works with urgency, asks for the business, and wants to maximize every sales opportunity.

You'll have the opportunity to sell multiple insurance products, including:

Auto Insurance

Homeowners Insurance

Condo Insurance

Renters Insurance

Landlord/Dwelling Insurance

Umbrella Insurance

Life Insurance

Specialty Insurance

Additional personal-lines products

Our objective is not simply to write an auto policy. We want to build multi-policy, long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Review client accounts regularly to ensure their coverage remains appropriate as their lives change.

Manage incoming inquiries regarding policy changes and billing questions with a helpful, positive attitude.

Proactively reach out to clients to discuss renewal updates and potential gaps in their current protection.

Prepare and present accurate insurance quotes that align with specific individual needs.

Document client interactions thoroughly to keep our team updated and provide consistent, high-quality service.

Collaborate with our underwriters and carrier partners to resolve issues and secure the best outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

Valid Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license.

Solid understanding of personal lines insurance products.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfort working with agency management systems and digital filing.

Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.

Ability to explain complex coverage options in plain language.
