Registered Behavior Therapist / RBT - Daytime Join our family of dedicated therapists committed to providing a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment that fosters growth and learning. We offer flexible schedules for part time with daytime hours available, Monday through Friday, 9-3:30. We also have after school, early evening, and/or weekend availability. We are hiring RBT therapists to work at our Outpatient Pediatric Center located in Brick, NJ. Competitive rates: RBT based on education/experience $25-$30 per hour. ABA rates based on experience $18-25 per hour. Use the basic principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) such as: reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques. Teach ABA, social, and daily living skills. Effectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviors. Create a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance for every individual. Collect data on ABA programming targets and utilize an online system to enter, track, and view progress. Provide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to maximize the effectiveness of programs across all areas of the child's environment. Implement programs designed by BCBA. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with autism & using ABA methodologies is required. Coursework to obtain RBT will be provided if interested. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis field is preferred but not required.
