Aaron's, Inc - 211 North Service Road East - Responsibilities: Drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals while ensuring customer satisfaction; Build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to progress ownership; Maintain updated customer information in the store computer system and document all payment appointments; Assist the Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals; Load, secure, and transport merchandise in company vehicle and assist with deliveries as directed
