QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with expertise in automation testing for contact center applications, UI, and APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in test automation frameworks, API testing tools, and CI/CD pipeline creation, along with hands‑on experience in Java. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for UI and API testing. Perform functional and regression testing for contact center applications. Validate APIs using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps. Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects. Maintain test documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards. Required Qualifications Strong experience in automation testing for UI and APIs. Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Cucumber). Hands‑on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured, Karate). Solid programming skills in Java. Experience creating CI/CD pipelines.
