About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to serve as the senior financial leader and strategic business partner for its North Central Division. The successful candidate will be a key member of the division's leadership team, driving financial performance, and shaping strategic direction. This high-impact role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in full P&L management, FP&A, and a deep understanding of financial and operational performance improvement. The Vice President of Finance will be responsible for owning and driving the division's P&L, leading financial planning and analysis, and modernizing FP&A capabilities. Additionally, the role involves leading M&A financial evaluations, supporting deal execution, and ensuring post-acquisition value realization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA and CPA or CMA certification preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, particularly in regulated industries. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration, with a Master's degree and CPA or CMA certification being advantageous.
