Business Analyst - Only W2

The Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping implement solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings. Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows. Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process maps and workflow diagrams. Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and solution validation. Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
