Diesel Technician Location: 225 Solar Dr, Imperial PA Overview The role involves maintenance and repair of diesel tractors and trailers in a fleet environment across the US. The technician works in a team responsible for a fleet of over 3,000 tractors and trailers that support daily deliveries to restaurants, healthcare, and schools. Schedule Second Shift Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts Pay & Incentives Earn up to $31.60/hour. Pay ranges from $22.16 to $28.45/hour based on experience, plus a $1.50/hour incentive. Additional $1.00/hour shift differential applies to 2nd and 3rd shifts. $0.65/hour CDL A bonus. Annual tool allowance of $1,000 and boot allowance of $150, plus a quarterly safety bonus. Inspect and replace parts, perform routine diagnostic tests, and maintain accurate work logs. Ensure safety standards are met, use lifts and specialty tools, and collaborate with team members for continuous process improvement.
