Description
Shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday
Primary Purpose: To maintain, repair, or replace all equipment involved in the operation of the plant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of and direct or related experience of repair and maintenance equipment, especially machinery used in the specialty steel industry
- Knowledge of electrical machine repair and maintenance is essential
- Knowledge of burning and welding
- Pneumatic, Hydraulic, YTE pertaining to Lathe and Milling Machine in order to Yield and Tensile Strength Testing
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs periodically
- Assist in performance of daily preventive maintenance assignments on machinery
