Make a difference in the lives of elementary students by providing essential support and instruction as a resource teacher for grades 3-5. This full-time, onsite position for the school year focuses on individualized and small-group instruction for a caseload of approximately 10 students. Both pullout and push-in services are required, ensuring students receive tailored assistance within the classroom and in dedicated settings. The role is based in a supportive and collaborative educational environment where your expertise will have a direct impact.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 Endorsement, meeting all state and discipline-specific requirements for Special Education teaching
• Demonstrated experience in delivering individualized education plans (IEPs), adapting curriculum, and using evidence-based instructional strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment for students with diverse needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide resource support for students in grades 3-5 through both push-in and pullout instructional models
• Manage a caseload of roughly 10 students, developing and implementing effective IEPs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to ensure accommodations and modifications are appropriately delivered
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, ongoing documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and engage with families regarding student growth and goals
