Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Two or more years of experience in retail Associate’s Degree or completion of related retail management coursework preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Preferences Previous experience in retail, fast‑food or warehouse environments Previous military or nonprofit experience Responsibilities As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be part of the store’s management team.
